Compared with H-type layer chicken cages, A-type layer chicken cages take up more space and raise fewer layers. So, the type is more suitable for small and medium-scale battery layer rearing. A-type layer chicken cages are better for a beginner.

H-type layer cages need to be equipped with related equipment. The high-density layer chicken cages can save the land and reduce the investment rate. High-level automation separates the person from layers, which can reduce the spread of disease. What’s more, egg layers cages can find sick layers early and weed out these layers on time, which can lower large-scale disease incidence. H-type layer chicken cages are more suitable for large-scale battery layer rearing.

One of our customers wanted to keep 10,000 layers in his chicken house.

He wanted to make layers raising costs lower while also wanting the equipment to be more automated. Through further communication with the customer, we learned that his chicken coop is 40×15×3.7 meters in size. We have developed a special plan for customers according to the needs of customers and the actual situation of the chicken house.

Firstly, we chose A-type layer chicken cages of 160 chickens per group because A-type chicken cage requires low cost and reduces customer capital investment. At the same time, the customer’s chicken house can accommodate the height of the four-story chicken cage to the maximum, which is just in line with this four-story five-door chicken house. Secondly, to reduce the customer investment rate, we adopted a 4×16 placement method. Placing four columns is the limit of a 15-meter-wide chicken house. Then we equip the customer with, an egg collection system, scraper manure cleaning system, and gantry feeder system to improve the level of automation.

During the installation process, the customer wanted to raise more layers. So, we installed four sets of cages for our customers without violating the healthy growth of layers. Half a year after the customer’s equipment was put into use, we asked the customer about the use of it. Our equipment worked well without problems and he was very satisfied with our products and service.
