Broiler Chicken Cages Case for 20000 Broilers in Nigeria

Introduction

Breeding broiler chickens at a large scale requires efficient infrastructure and advanced automation broiler cages system to ensure optimal growth and productivity. In this case study, we will explore a project carried out by our company LIVI in Nigeria, where we designed and built a chicken house equipped with state-of-the-art broiler chicken cages and automatic breeding equipment. The project aimed to breed 20,000 broiler chickens with a focus on achieving a high level of automation while maintaining a cost.

Design of the Broiler Chicken House

To accommodate the large number of broilers, we designed a chicken house with an area of 15 by 85 meters. Moreover, optimal allocation and cage specification were vital to maximize production capacity and ensure the well-being of the broilers. So, we arranged a total of 4 rows with 38 broiler battery cages each, allowing for efficient movement and easy access to feed and water.

The broiler battery cages, we chose for this were specifically designed to house 136 chickens per group. These cages provide a safe and comfortable environment the broilers, allowing them to grow and thrive. The cage design also facilitates proper ventilation and waste management, promoting a healthy and hygienic environment for the birds.

The automatic drinking water system ensured a constant supply clean and fresh water for the broilers. What’s more, an intricate network of pipes and nipples delivered water directly the cages, reducing water wastage and minimizing labor requirements for manual water distribution.

The automatic feeding system played a crucial role in providing consistent and balanced nutrition to the broilers. It comprised of hoppers, conveyors, and distribution systems that accurately delivered the required amount of feed to cage. So, this automated process eliminated the need for manual feeding, improving efficiency and reducing labor costs.

For effective waste management, we implemented a flat belt manure cleaning system. This system automatically collected removed manure from the broiler chicken cages, ensuring a clean and healthy environment. Moreover, the collected manure could utilized as organic fertilizer, offering additional benefits in terms of sustainability and waste utilization.

To maintain optimal environmental conditions inside the chicken house, we installed an advanced environmental control system. This system regulated temperature humidity and ventilation parameters. What’s more, it create a comfortable and stress-free environment for the broilers. sensors and automated controls, the system adjusted settings as needed, ensuring optimal living conditions throughout the broiler production cycle.

Client Satisfaction and Feedback

Upon completion of the project, the customer expressed their with the equipment, facilities, and services provided by our company. The broiler battery cages and systems operated seamlessly, effectively meeting the desired objectives of breeding 20,000 broilers. The high level of automation not only reduced labor requirements but also improved productivity and overall efficiency in managing such large-scale operation.

Conclusion

The successful case of breeding 20,000 broilers in highlights the importance of well-designed infrastructure and advanced automation systems. What’s more, the integration of broiler battery cages along with automatic breeding equipment, including drinking water, feeding, manure cleaning, and environmental control, resulted in a productive and efficient broiler rearing operation.
